Can someone explain to me the deal with the MD statutory extracts on the essays? (I'm self-studying, so no one has ever explained this to me.) Are there certain topics that always get an extract? I.e., looking through a couple of past exams, it looks like Commercial Paper and Civil Procedure questions always get an extract. Is that right? Or do they sometimes leave it out? What about things like Secured Transactions?
