Looking for prep book or resource: Essay templates

I commented about this in another thread, but I just came to the conclusion that an effective study aid would be essay templates that were minimal, outline-esque in nature.
I was wondering if anyone knew of anything of that sort.
The type of item I'd be looking for would be something like this:
"Let's say you have a question about the Free Exercise and Establishment Clause in Con Law. This is how you would attack it:
1. Justiciability
* standing
* state action
2. Free Exercise Clause
A. Does P have a valid Religious Belief?
1. [provides rule]
A2. Is P's belief Genuine?
B. Laws of General Applicability
1. [provides rule]
C. Regulation requires Strict Scrutiny
1. [provides rule]
3. Establishment Clause
A. [Lemon test elements here]"
Something super-clear, super-broken down.
Outlines are not organized (at least not the ones I have), lecture materials too dense, flash cards too disorganized... you get the picture.
