How do you close the gap? I'm finding it very challenging to do more than one day's worth of work in a day and retain the new information. I was able to in the beginning when it was just a few hours of lecture plus review / MBE practice, but now that it's more work / review in a day an state-specific stuff that I never covered in law school rather than, say, a review of torts...Danger Zone wrote:10 days but closing the gap every day
Honestly, I have a great memory, so I don't need to review topics that I've already learned much.despina wrote:How do you close the gap? They have bothdespina wrote:Are these percents a Barbri thing? Do they not break your schedule down by days?
They do, but each day includes anywhere from 3 to 9 items. You can do the ones you want in the order you want and leave others for later.despina wrote:Are these percents a Barbri thing? Do they not break your schedule down by days?

I have mainly been neglecting on essays and they are really coming back to haunt me
I found doing essays closed book nearly impossible notwithstanding the perfect model Barbri gave us. Many others mentioned that they did their essays semi-open book, i.e. looked at the answer, then try to regurgitate it. Not sure how helpful that is, but that is the best I can do with essay right now, else it is just a waste of time and frustrating to no end.victortsoi wrote: Im at 50% in NY, average is 40. Also havent done many essays or MPT, and still cramming real property. I think everyone is pushing the essays off.
Yes, please tell me that im not the only completely shocked by the law review style model answers. I hope thats not what is required to get a 52 in NY.kyle010723 wrote:I found doing essays closed book nearly impossible notwithstanding the perfect model Barbri gave us. I wonder what percentage of people completed that much of the assigned material, though.Jchance wrote:+1. me too.victortsoi wrote: Im at 50% in NY, average is 40. Also havent done many essays or MPT
I remember from the first day, Barbri says that 100% passing rate for those who complete 75% of the assigned materials

Look ahead, Barbri begin assigning 5 essays a day after all lectures are over with. I.e. better catch up before then or it will be virtually impossible.despina wrote:![]()
