Hello All,

I am sure you guys read the news somewhere - UBE is being adopted for NY Bar July 2016.

I failed the Ny Bar Feb 2015 and is considering to sit for the bar exam next Feb 2016. Might sound like a silly questions - do you think UBE will be administered in Feb 2016. If yes, I would rather sit for the exam in July 2015.

Would appreciate some thoughts and opinions!!

What don't you like about the UBE? I think it would be an advantage because its accepted in other jurisdictions.

New York will switch over to the UBE starting with July 2016 bar exam.

I was planning to self-study for the NY Bar July 2016. Any recommendation on secondhand materials? Will the July 2015 materials not be helpful?
