Does anyone know if Surface Pro 2 works for the bar exam

Examsoft has announced that it's software works on Surface Pro 1,2,3. But I've never heard any feedback from users. I have a Surface Pro 2, and want to know if it worked for those who used a Surface Pro for the Feb 2015 bar exam?

Any laptop is NOT permitted for bar exam?

Laptops are always permitted.
Surface Pro 1/2/3 are tablets recently approved to be used in bar exams.
