CA Attorney Admission Ceremonies

I can't find the answers to my several questions below. Any help?
1. Do I really have to complete all of the information on the card? The instructions say that enrollment will be delayed without birth date and address, but what about undergraduate degree and law degree?
2. What are the advantages of being sworn in to the district court at the same time?
3. If I want to be admitted to district court later on (like in a year), it won't be too much of a hassle, right? It's not like if I don't do it now, I'm setting myself up for a headache?
4. Does anyone know the fees for district court admission? Sorry if this information is super obvious -- maybe it's late and I'm tired, but I cannot find it!
Thanks a bunch, y'all!
