You should have disclosed and if it was as serious as you make it sound that could have affected your admissions at your school. You need to re-amend your application.

If you are 100% sure you didn't have to disclose it on the school application, no worries. You'll probably have to do it for the bar though.

Talk to a C&F lawyer is my advice.

Get together the exact details and documents, including:
1) the law school application description of what you need to disclose (including any caveats they include);
2) what, if anything, you disclosed on your law school application;
3) exact details (initial charges, plea, disposition, court, dates, etc.) of the incident; and
4) state bar's question on both: a) the criminal incident disclosure; and b) law school application disclosure.
Then ask one of the PR professors at your school, or someone like that, for a recommendation of a C&F attorney. You don't need to give them any more detail than just asking for a recommendation. If you have all your stuff together then this likely won't take much of the attorney's time and won't cost you very much. It is MUCH easier to solve the problem now than to try to fix it when the state bar says you have to or to have a problem like that. Plus, the peace of mind that you definitely resolved it the best possible way is...nice.
Edit: the C&F attorney may also be helpful on how to word the bar disclosure of the incident.

I had the same issue but mine was undisclosed parking tickets. I had to review my law school application to see if they even asked the question. Which they did - so I ended up amending the application to include the tickets as an oversight on my part. If your law school application DID NOT require you to disclose it don't worry about amending your application. But the C&F application WILL want you to disclose. And they do some digging, let me tell you. You realize when you sign the application you sign a release of information so they can dig up all kinds of stuff on you. They want to catch you in a lie.
