Negotiate BarBri if firm is paying?

Title says it all. Firm is paying, but since it's considered taxable income is it at all worth it to negotiate? If so, who do I talk to about it?

Isn't it taxable income? I mean, I just assumed it would be.

Yes, it's taxable income. I negotiated for precisely that reason. Just call them.
