HELP! LOST BAR EXAM ADMISSION TICKET! NC

Lost the ticket. Exam is tomorrow. Email says "It is the Board’s policy that admission tickets are not resent. If you do not receive an admission ticket due to it being lost in the mail, the Board will provide documents at the examination for this purpose."
Does anyone know if this is true? Cannot get in contact with anyone from the Board.
