HAVE CONFIDENCE ON EXAM DAY!!!

Let me explain, Prof. Guzman who gave the simulated MBE review videos had this great point. Confidence will get you a few points. There was one question on the exam which was asking which constitutional basis allowed for the statute to be passed lawfully and the answer choices were

A)Commerce Clause
B) Priv and Immunity Clause
C) Necessary and Proper Clause
D) Article 3 Section 7


He said 20% of students answered D. You know why? BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT CONFIDENT!!!
No one ever heard of D while they were studying, so why would you think something you never saw before could be the answer? Because you didn't trust in yourself enough. If you have confidence you won't pick something you never heard of before taking the exam no matter how right it sounds.

CONFIDENCE FELLOWS!!!!

But D is the answer, right?

Of course! What's funny is I was listening to him and I was like, "He's fuckin' right! YEAH, Confidence!!!" Than I looked at my answers and I had D as my answer

Just pick them all. Its not like there's a penalty for wrong answers.

Why would you assume I was making fun of him? It was true, Confidence does play a part, if you can pick something you never studied than you are obviously not confident.

I agree. When I first saw him, I was like "WHOA TOO MUCH TIME AT THE TANNING SALON, BRO." but his best advice was "the following will never be a correct answer"

Loved those, also loved when he looked straight at the camera and said "If you are not paying attention to me YOU'RE A FOOL because you might have gotten an extra point if you listen to me and you can flunk this test by 1 point!"

Was a joke, D was not correct answer, it was some random thing no one ever heard of that was a distractor.

Put another way: if you haven't heard of it, don't pick it.
