Do the sets of problems get more difficult towards the end of each section? I.e., is Con law question 45 harder than Con law one?

I feel/hope like that's the case.

No. I actually found the Con Law questions easier as they went along.

Real Property/Contracts/Crim might get harder because they distinctively split Future Interests/Sales/Criminal Procedure into their own sections which start at a certain point in the sets, but I don't think that questions as a whole gradually get harder.
