Nalgenes?

Anyone know if we can bring Nalgene bottles into the exam? Clear/gray.

It's New York. It says " One, 1 liter beverage in a re-sealable clear plastic container."
Nalgenes can hold a little more than a liter, and I'm not sure whether the Board of Bar Examiners require clear (as opposed to translucent) plastic.
