Chances of Civ Pro and UCC on MEE July 2014?

Considering federal civil procedure is a new addition to the MEE, do you think it's highly likely there will be a civ pro question? And the UCC is on its way out, would they want to test it one last time or give it a rest? Thoughts?

whats the MEE??
if its on the MBE, I would think they would test the UCC on it..
they might throw it in there on one of the essays, too

Civ pro will always be there....also not all of the UCC is going away after July just Commercial Paper...Sales and Secured Trans can still show up.
So for commercial paper there is a good chance for last hurrah

There is a strong sentiment that Negotiable Instruments will be tested since: (i) it hasn't been tested in awhile, and (ii) it's going away after this year.

Oh no! My bf took his bar last year and said there as now mee comm paper. I hope not because his bar was hard. He looked at munsuntubn essays and said that if I took it from him I would have sucked on his bar
