The state which I"m referring to is California.
Long story short, I was terminated from a position a few years ago where I needed to report a situation but didn't end up following all the protocol even though I reported it. Since I didn't report it the exact way I should have, I was let go. The organization I was in I believe is considered a professional organization (inner city education volunteer organization). If I am forth coming on my law school app and my C&F portion, is this an issue which would prevent me from being admitted? Any help would be appreciated. I'm concerned about this. Thank you.

No. Don't even bring it up. They only ask if you've faced various sanctions while in school or arrests or criminal convictions.
