Question about transactional/Corporate Law

Post by Inhousefuture » Mon Nov 28, 2022 12:48 pm

Hello, in terms of the many different types of Transactional/Corporate Law, (I.E M and A, Real Estate, tech Transactions), for firm work:

1. What specialties involve little client contact and mostly reporting/taking direction from partners?

2. What specialties involve heavy client contact/involvement, taking direction from the business side, to the extent that the business clients are to some extent your bosses?

Thanks

I can't speak to number 1, but for number 2, depending on your definition of heavily involved, T&E practices involve you dealing with clients quite a bit.
