Hi,
I think to open my own shop with primary area in the Family Law (Uncontested Divorce). Please give ideas on these issues:
1) Where to find space in New York specifically in Brooklyn to share with other attys;
2) Any source of retainer agreement samples for family law practitioner;
3) What billing policy should be? How can I find rates for uncontested divorces?
4) Marketing tools; source of samples of advertisement;
5) Do I need malpractice insurance for Uncontested Divorce practice at least at beginning; if so, what providers for NY can be;
