i got a question for you guys:
You are working for a buyer of blades for a company that is manufacturing lawn mowers. The supplier suggests including a clause waiving the duty of good faith. Although such provisions are not legally enforceable, for the purpose of answering this question assume that they are and give one argument for and one argument against accepting this proposal.
please help me with this question
