i got a question for you guys:

You are working for a buyer of blades for a company that is manufacturing lawn mowers. The supplier suggests including a clause waiving the duty of good faith. Although such provisions are not legally enforceable, for the purpose of answering this question assume that they are and give one argument for and one argument against accepting this proposal.

If this is an actual question, consult a lawyer. If this is a student trying to cheat on an assignment/exam, stop doing that.

The doctrine of minimum contacts and perpetuities states that contracts that last more than 21 years must not per se pro hac vice good faith clauses, so I would argue that the 4th Amendment counsels against agreeing to the suggestion.
