Working at a small firm, I usually just wear a button down and slacks. Going to a mediation today. Do I need to wear a suit?

Follow the lead of other attorneys going to the mediation. This is a much more appropriate question for them than it is for anonymous internet people.

I actually had another attorney show up for a mediation in shorts. He had a golf game scheduled for that afternoon. I feel that if you are going to be a lawyer, look like one.
