what implications will a noise complaint have on C and F

I have never had a criminal record. No felonies, misdemeanors, or even traffic tickets.

The other day, my boyfriend and I got into a loud argument and I think a neighbor called the police for a noise complaint. Two officers came and talked to my boyfriend and I, and the police officer asked on a memo pad my name, birthdate, etc. and then after talking with us, just said, "if there will be another outburst, just remove yourself from the situation".

We weren't issued any tickets, fines, etc.

1). What implications will this have on my record? (will it be a complaint, misdeameanor?)

2). Will these have negative implications on character and fitness or law school admissions?

If you didn't get a citation, then I can't imagine that this incident would be responsive to any question you would get on a law-school or C&F application. And even if you did have to disclose this incident for some reason, it would a non-issue. Don't worry about this at all.
