Stop looking for internships and start looking for legal assistant/paralegal positions.

Nearly impossible to get a "real" internship at a law firm while undergrad... best shot at working in a law firm environment would be to reach out to solo prac offices and ask if they need help for the summer/during the year. Businesses know you have no legal knowledge so it is hard to get anything relating to it.

It will be pretty difficult for you to find an internship at a large firm while in undergrad. You should look into internships that will give you exposure to the legal community if that's something you want to explore. Interning at your local courthouse, PD office, small law firm etc. could be beneficial. Be prepared to take a paycut however. I interned my first three years in undergrad in lobbying and my pay decreased significantly when I took a big fed internship.
