Project Assistant Hours?

I'm doing a 2-year position as a project assistant to paralegals/attorneys. What can I expect regarding hours? They were pretty unclear about that, so I am assuming that I should go in and expect to work OT most of the time or not? Can I expect to be in and out from 9-5, since I'm not an 'official' para or the like? From what I see, I'll be doing sorting, filing, uploading data, extranet, etc., is this what people mean when they refer to doc review? Thanks for any information you all can share.
