I graduating from HYS in 2016 and need to buy a car as soon as possible. With no paystubs until September, will I have trouble getting loans from a reputable provider? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I think Nissan will let you buy within 90 days of your start date through their college grad program.

Take your offer letter in. As long as you have some decent credit history, the offer letter should be sufficient when combined with the recent graduation.

You won't have a problem as long as you're graduating from HYS, but because of the energy downturn, car loans are tough for CCN grads right now.

Yea I don't understand how where you go to law school is relevant at all..

What's your credit score? Some dealerships and banks will take your offer letger for the purposes of a car loan.

It's all about managing risk. Lenders want to be sure they'll get a return on their investment. HYS has always been ironclad, but after the downturn confidence in CCN has been shaken. It's coming back, but it'll take time. Fortunately OP is from HYS so there's no issue, but I wanted to clarify in case graduates from CCN have the same question.
