Yes, you should be. But more importantly, you should be going to career services to practice your interviewing skills. I know that I thought that I was a really good interviewer, but it took some mock interviews and some real duds of actual interviews to eventually get good at it. Better to figure it out sooner rather than later.

Well for a start, stop doing that.
As someone who used to do that, it is both very noticeable and a little annoying. How it's perceived really does depend ont he context and the interviewer - they might have just seen it as eagerness/enthusiasm which isn't really a bad thing.
But stop doing it.

No you shouldn't be worried. Being enthusiastic about the firm/job goes a long way. Be respectful, but have a normal conversation. In normal conversation people interrupt all the time to express their agreement/enthusiasm. Not a big deal at all.
