Top Law Schools

I was curious if anyone had the following professors at UT. I would appreciate any information about the culture of the class and generally what to expect. Thanks in advance.

Bracha - Contracts
Strong - Criminal Law
Johanson - Property
Schiess - LRW

I didn't have him, but from what I understand, StanJo's property will be fairly cursory except where it intersects probate law.
