Richmond legal market

This question is mostly directed to UVA, W&M, W&L, and Richmond law students. Please tell me about all the major firms in Richmond, and what they are looking for. Also, does being from Richmond/having ties to Richmond help?

Are you from the Virginia area? If so, considering your post history + aspirations, you should look at W&M or UVA for UG. As a virginian, I never even heard of Patrick Henry College.
