Currently bored to tears. I think I could be doing something more productive than going to bar review/playing video games. Any suggestions?

Here are some ideas:
1) intern with the DA's office. If you are in NY the Queen's office has a great domestic violence bureau internship where you actually get to handle cases! (With supervision)

2) find out what your REAL alcohol tolerance is

3) intern with the public defenders/federal defenders.

4) extern with the USAO in your district (SDNY and EDNY both do this)

5) learn a sport

6) explore your city

7) perfect your tindr/grindr profile using a test and control methodology. Publish findings

find a professor to do research for, preferably in the type of law you plan on practicing

9) spend time with your parents. They only live so long, you know

10) travel. A lot.

11) learn how to sail. This is a fantastic skill to have. Trust me.

I bought a golf pass. I didn't really golf, but it seemed like the right thing to do. I was decent by the time 3L ended.

No regrets.
