Question about NY's Pro Bono Requirement

Wasn't sure where to put this. When reporting your 50 hours can you put one project that satisfied the 50, or must you list every pro bono project you ever worked on? I have 400 hours from one and would prefer to just do that instead of send an affidavit to every place I did ~10 hours of work.
