I'm seeking a book, written for the consumer or greenhorn with no knowledge of law, that advises on how to assess, deal with, find, manage, scrutinize, ... your lawyer. Particularly, I want to learn about any covert, obscure, veiled insider devices, tips and tricks used by lawyers. For example, are there any dangers or menaces of which I should be aware, such as about how bad lawyers manipulate fees, etc...?
