Final prep before 1L

I have two weeks before my first classes and I'm starting my lawl school diet today. Contrary to normal prep, I do not want to waste time studying supplements or anything involving substantive law. Instead, I want to drop 15 lbs before school starts so I don't feel as lethargic during long days of working and studying. I would like a routine that I can keep up with during school so I'm thinking a mix of cutting down on what I eat, kettlebells, running, and mix in some lifting. Anyone have any good ideas of how to cut that much weight in two weeks?

Don't eat anything at all. Dropping 15 pounds in 2 weeks is a very unrealistic goal.

Is this serious? Because if so, that's not healthy. You have to cut 500 calories/a day to lose a lb a week. Losing 15 lbs in 2 weeks isn't a good idea.

1. People that lose 15 pounds in two weeks end up in the hospital. Eat fewer calories than you burn and shoot for 1-2 pounds a week.

2. A few hours of work a day for the first couple months does not require impressive physical conditioning. If you're worried that you'll have to gun insanely hard just to get a job it's time to re-think your school choice.

Truth

You really shouldn't put in long days ever except for maybe right before an LRW assignment is due and maybe a couple weeks before finals. If you're headed to a school where you need to finish in the top 10 percent and you're planning on gunning hard to get there then drop out right now. That school isn't worth attending.

Just exercise and eat well. Do so throughout the semester if you can (and you definitely can, it's just that most people are lazy)

OP: Try the Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss.... it's weird stuff but some of it might work on that time scale. That or P90X, but you know you don't have 90 days....

You'll probably see some gains a month in from p90x.. But two weeks? Not a good idea OP.

For a goal this ambitious you'll need to do some drastic shit.

You probably will have to work out like 4-6hrs a day to lose the weight, if you aren't going to straight starve yourself.

Also, when I say work out 4-6 hours, I mean it you cant call walking for 4 hours a workout, like literally run a marathon every day.

(even then you'll have to be really hungry most of the time)

Sales are still going, I suggest you forget about the pounds and get a quality juicer. Healthy juicing + exercising doing something fun
(E.g. Biking) will get u further.
Also how did u manage to get a 180 on the lsat. Pm me if u can. Thanks
