Tbf it is in a really good location if you frequent U street. A one minute walk home from Nellie's is 180.

I refi'd my loans and now that they are at 3.5%, I've decided it doesn't make sense to fuck my retirement. So I'm maxing my 401k and looking to buy a house.

Some MoCo and Fairfax public schools are solid, but still much worse than private.
