Listing Scholarship on Resume

Definitely list it since it shows commitment to the cause. How you list it probably doesn't matter, but I would do:
"Public Interest Scholar (Full Tuition), Awarded for Excellence in ____________"
Edit: Don't get wordy with the language at the end, just use one or two buzzwords
