Top Law Schools

I was wondering if anyone has read this book or given it to their spouse or family members. Has anyone found this was helpful at all with their transition into law school?

Nope. A friend of mine gave me Law School Confidential and I found that helpful to determine how to structure my schedule and manage my time in Law School.

It wasn't really for me. It was for my family and fiancé. Thanks though.

sounds kind of unnecessary. you're going to grad school, not deep undercover with the Latin Kings.

If anything, probably better to find useful articles on here and refer to that instead. It's cheaper anyway.

That sort of seems to me like a solution in search of a problem. I don't think law school is that hard to explain to family/SOs. If they're the type not to get what you're doing and not able to accept what you tell them about how law school works, a book won't help. If they can get what you're doing from talking to you, the book isn't necessary.

But I'm also congenitally suspicious of the industry of making money off law student anxieties. It might be great.

Agree completely with this. Law school has a reputation of being hellish even to the average lay person, so they should hopefully be able to understand.
