Transferring to new regions after acquiring job

Hi all,

I have a question. I know it's hard to get a job out of state if you go to a regional school.... HOWEVER, is it difficult to transfer/move after you get a (decent) job in said area?

I.e., if I go to school in X state, stay/work there for a few years, and then try to move to another region, will I still have the issues that regional law school grads have?

Advice would be appreciated. (This is for personal reasons-- it's not a strategy to backdoor my way into a larger market.)

Depends what job you get and what your practice area is

What kind of job are you trying to get and what practice area do you want to have
