Transferring to new regions after acquiring job

Hi all,
I have a question. I know it's hard to get a job out of state if you go to a regional school.... HOWEVER, is it difficult to transfer/move after you get a (decent) job in said area?
I.e., if I go to school in X state, stay/work there for a few years, and then try to move to another region, will I still have the issues that regional law school grads have?
Advice would be appreciated. (This is for personal reasons-- it's not a strategy to backdoor my way into a larger market.)
