Save E&E's for Bar prep?

Hi there,
1L here--not trying to think too hard about the bar just yet, but I am trying to sell back some books. Will my E&E's do me any good come time to study for the bar or should I just sell them with my casebooks and rely solely on whatever materials the bar prep class provides? California Bar if that makes any difference.
Thanks for your help!

You probably won't need them for bar prep, but in my opinion they're pretty good references to have around, so I'd keep them unless you're really desperate for cash. If you haven't already, buy the dirt cheap old editions of E&Es. Other than civ pro, the law doesn't really change enough that the current edition adds much value.

If you're planning to take a prep course, you absolutely don't need E&Es (I don't know how helpful they'd be even if you weren't, but any prep course will give you enough materials).
