When a federal law is predicated on a violation of a tribal law (or a state law) is there a name for this type of a law?

In other words, federal law is predicated on violation on another jurisdiction's law. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you thinking of the assimilated crimes act? Basically assimilates state law on federal land if there is no applicable federal statute. For instance, DUI is federal offense in national parks but not on military bases, we assimilate the state law to charge it.
