How Many Hrs. Do You Spend in Typical Week on Social Media?

During law school, how many hours did you spend during a typical week on social media?
Did it vary significantly between years? Did anyone have any problems with too much time spent on social media and/or making an adjustment from undergrad? What thoughts/advice do you have about social media and law school?
ETA: The OP question is intended to refer to instances of social-related/intended activities and purposes while on social media. So, spending time on Facebook for professional reasons would not count - although the lines there could be blurred and somewhat subjective.

I'll add an ETA to the OP. But, basically, I was intending to ask about purely social related activities on social media....so being on a site like TLS could count if the time spent here is for socializing rather than for professional purposes.
