While I don't know enough about the situation to determine if you need to disclose, I wanted to clarify that you will either call and uncheck that box, or you will attach documentation. If you check the C+F disclosure area, but don't submit paperwork, they will call you to clarify and you can either say "whoops my bad, uncheck the box" or "Sorry I forgot to attach my explanations"
