Admissions

Post by thislamp » Sun Jul 21, 2013 8:16 pm

I know that Northwestern prefers students to take about two years off between undergrad and law school - if I'm only taking one year off to work, should i still consider Northwestern? My undergrad GPA and LSAT score make the school a reach for me already, so I'm concerned that that would really make me an unattractive candidate. Thanks!

I don't know your numbers, but I can offer anecdotally that I know someone with a 166 LSAT/~3.9 GPA who got accepted straight out of undergrad, so it's doable without work experience. Hopefully this is somewhat helpful.
