Any booming legal fields?

I'm an incoming senior undergrad and I was wondering if any particular legal fields are booming? I just want to do some research and become familiar with these fields, if there are any.

IP and tax are still going strong. Need the background to be able to benefit from IP and I have no idea about tax

O&G will probably booming the foreseeable future, but it may change by the time you would get out of law school.

Probably not that soon. The shale being discovered all over the US will make us a major player in a few decades, and will last for a number of decades. Good for a career!
