What would you say is a solid resume upon entering as a 1L?

Your resume is obviously a huge factor when seeking employment in the summer after 1L. What would you currents students say, from experience, makes up a solid resume as a 1L? There will obviously be students who have either no work experience at all or no legal experience. How do employers look at this?

It depends...
are you interested in PI? Then work experience that demonstrates an interest in Field Z is important (and perhaps even necessary ITE).
Are you interested in big law? Things like prior work in finance can help at OCI.

Eh I have a few internships. One with the detective squad of the nypd and another at a medical center.
Ive been working full time at an insurance agency (nothing special) for the past 5 months.
How relevant is this?

Can't really say yet. Leaning towards multiple concentrations (family/employment).

Landing a 1L summer job I suppose. The resume being secondary to grades of course.
