Hi, I have written a couple posts on here previously...

Long story, short, I have been in undergrad for a long time since the mid-2000s. I will graduate 8/2014, with a B.S. in Public Health.

Took the LSAT and scored a 168 months back. I am now scoring at 175 on my practice tests, thats the score I received yesterday.

Since I will graduate August 2014, I want to apply Fall 2013 cycle.

1. I have taken the LSAT months back and scored a 168
2. All my scores now on practices are: 174, 176, 175, 177

Now the killer.....

The gpa I will have before I graduate 8/14 when I apply Fall 2013...will be 2.3

If my 2nd LSAT is 175, with a 2.3 will a Tier 1 school accept me? I have had rough patches in undergrad and have a huge amount of nonpunitive withdrawals. Can a 175 as I am currently scoring on my LSAT practices, offset a 2.3?

This is better asked in the "What are my Chances" section.

Are you an URM? Either way, you'll get into a T1 easily, even with just the 168. Since you are coming right out of UG, NWestern is unlikely, and you can try ED UVA, but that's probably doubtful. The highest ranked school you might get into is Wash U, and they'll probably take you with 20k a year.

Your best bet if you don't want a midwestern splitter school is to find a strong regional school where you want to work after you graduate.
