Transfer Advice

Thanks all, I am just about to start applying to transfer, and could use the advice.
Transferring to a ton of schools on the East Coast, across the board in rankings.
My questions are how to go about initiating the transfer at my current law school.
1. If I ask for the Dean's Certification of good standing from my current law school and if I ask for letters of rec. from professors at my current law school, and after I apply to transfer, I do not end up applying (like if I don't get in where I want etc.) will there be a stigma against me at my current school? Like can they take away my scholarship because I applied to transfer?
2. Also, transferring from full time at my current school to part-time at some of the schools I am trying to transfer into- will this help my chances of getting in?
3. I am transferring law schools because my fiancee got into a graduate program on the East Coast. Is this a reason I can relay to the schools in my applications to transfer?
Thanks.
