All things being equal, man or woman for moot ct. partner?

Factors to consider: The man and the woman are about of equal intelligence, the man maybe having the slight edge. The woman is more mousy, but I get the sense she would be more proactive on the preparation side of things. The man is more outspoken, and sometimes has some genius insights. The man and the woman both speak clearly and have a good presentation style, although the man has more swagger, and the woman is somewhat shy. Diversity points with the panel? More structured study time with woman perhaps?

Most of this makes the woman sound worse... but I generally prefer to have a female partner (and I'm a male) as it looks better
