What is necessary to prepare, beyond reading about the firm, checking the practice areas of the people interviewing, and dressing well, being confident and normal? Do people practice answers to likely questions, and what are the likely questions? Any thoughts/advice would be great.

Perhaps networking with 1 or 2 associates at the firm to learn what you can't get from the website.
