Need Math/Finance/Econ..Bus. to do Biglaw?

Post by scifiguy » Thu Jan 31, 2013 12:21 am

If a person wants to work in biglaw, is there some minimum level of math/finance/econ..or business knowledge they need?

I think I saw a post a while back about this, but can't remember the location and wanted to ask/double-check here.

I have a philosophy major background. No classes in finance, or econ..business. Appreciate the help!

Doesn't seem to be. But I've taken a few "beginner courses" in law school anyway, on the assumption they can't hurt.
