You will not get the information you want here. It is inappropriate for law school students to give you legal advice. Find a legal aid office in your area or call your state's bar association and ask them for advice and a referral. Talk to a real attorney that can give you real advice. People giving you advice on the internet might not know what they are talking about (i.e. I've seen bittorrent forums say subpoenas are only valid if they're notarized which isn't true) and could cause you to ignore something when you should respond or respond to something when you shouldn't.

Also, take those photos down you idiot. Do you have any idea how much personal information you're revealing by posting that?

1. Get a lawyer (you can check with your local legal aid society for referrals).
2. Take these pictures down.
