I'm going to have to write a disclosure to my school because I had an accident. I was found not guilty, but somebody died.

Is my school going to kick me out even though I have been acquitted?
What advice do you have for the disclosure?

I think I would go with the narrative you used at trial.

You were driving safely, you got in an accident that may have been your "fault" but was a normal traffic accident. An overzealous prosecutor charged you so that he could get publicity for his run for city council. The jury saw through it and acquitted you of all charges.
