TLS fitness brahs,

How hard is it to study rigorously while on a cut? Last 6 months I been basically recomping with the last 8 weeks or do being more of a clean bulk.

Anyone able to comment on how easy or hard it is to balance cutting with the intensive workload and pressure that comes with giving LS your all? Do you notice cutting affecting your memory, attention span etc? I'm looking to slim down ~10lbs via lifting heavy 4x a week and staying in a 500 a day in deficit. Thanks guys.

I would ussually cut while studying for federal income tax. I don't think it affected my memory of the info, but it may have affected my recall some since I was not cutting during the final.

woo get some! In my experience I think better when I eat a bit less. I'd just figure it out for yourself. I imagine cutting slower would make the effects less extreme.
