Top Law Schools

When it comes to going to the gym: do people just get memberships to a gym close to the school/where they live/etc? There isn't a gym nearby that's affiliated with NYU, is there?

There's a gym, Coles, that is free to all NYU students (including over the summer, though someone can correct me) which is right across the street from Mercer, one of two NYU law dorms. It's a ten minute walk at most from the law school/the other main law school dorm (D'Agostino, or "Dag").

While many students get gym memberships elsewhere if they're not in the dorms, I know plenty of commuter students who rely on Coles for getting exercise/playing basketball/etc.

There's another one near Union Square, too. Pretty sure they are not free over the summer, though.
