CLS Housing Question

I submitted the Columbia housing app a couple of weeks ago (it's officially "in process" now) and I was just wondering when I should expect to hear back from CLS with a housing offer? I've heard that most offers are sent between May and August, but is this an "any day now" situation or does that "between May and August" really mean "at the end of August"?
